~2 min read- →Performs administrative tasks including coordination assignment with MMS system, FS Maintenance Director, FS Maintenance Managers, FS Maintenance Specialists, and Vendors to meet agency customer needs.
- →Ensures employees are following work process procedures, safety rules and safety regulations.
- →Perform facility inspections of various work sites ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, QMS/EMS policies and quality standards are met to ensure that we achieve customer requirements.
- →Inspect files for accurate safety records and training classes including rosters.
- →Conducts departmental orientations and classes for all new hires of Facility Services to include but not limited to hazards communication, personal protective equipment, safe work practices, and other classes, as necessary.
- →Coordinates all Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) required training and safety procedures to all employees. Establish the overall requirements of QA specifications and standards for processes and procedures.
- →Records those findings in our inspection recording systems and/or MMS System and issue any AR in the AR system for corrective action and validate the corrective actions once sign off by the site’s supervisor or manager for compliance.
- →Facilitates corrections of hazards and infractions or cease operations until corrections are completed. Communicates those findings to appropriate management representatives.
- →Conducts safety reports training results and quality scores in Facility Services management review meetings.
- →Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to determine if the department is meeting customer expectations and/or perceptions.
- →Suggest training or re-training of personnel to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform the essential functions of their job duties.
- →Investigates employee accidents, injuries, and incidents to determine cause and preventative measures.
- →Attend additional training as designated by management to enhance quality surveillance / safety training knowledge and skills.
- →Conduct a minimal of 3-site inspections per week.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in supervision, quality assurance or safety training.
- Knowledge of Maintenance operations and procedures including facility configuration, mechanical functions, and vendor management.
- Ability to adhere to GNG quality management system.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work various shifts and locations to train during employees’ shifts and/or work hours.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must have excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a good driving record, dependable transportation, and telephone communication devices.
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodations to transport training materials.
- Must be able to facilitate training in a standing or seated position through the course of the workday.
- Must travel to all designated locations for training coordination and facilitation.
