• →Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.

• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.

• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.

• Desire to succeed and show up to every shift
• Ability to be a vital part of a team as well as work individually
• Has a positive attitude
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
