Responsibilities

→High School Diploma/GED equivalent
→At least three years of experience in similar or same field
→Knowledge of current construction methods, materials, and equipment
→Building construction and carpentry (flooring repair/installation, concrete repair, drywall repair, hanging doors, framing, etc.)
→Knowledge of building codes, rules, and safety regulations preferred
→Painting, electrical, plumbing, welding, mechanical knowledge experience is a plus
→Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
→Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
