Responsibilities

→Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE.
→Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
→Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
→Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.

Requirements

5 + years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes.
BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.

The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range

$100,000—$130,000 USD
