Junior Process Development Engineer

GPV is a global, customer-driven Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company headquartered in Denmark, with manufacturing operations worldwide. We provide complex electronics, cable-harness, mechatronics, and box-build solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Process Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, evaluation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.

• Identify process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) activities.

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids.

• Conduct process trials, analyze production data, and prepare technical reports.

• Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and calibration.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve productivity and product quality.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and process standardization.

🎓 Qualifications

• Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.

• HNDE / NDT / NDES qualification in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience.

💡 Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Good planning, organizational, and project coordination skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
