At Gracent Pediatric Therapy, we’re seeking a passionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team. You’ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs. With 80% of our clients receiving multiple services, this is a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary setting—complete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Speech-Language Pathologists and BCBAs. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

Collaborate closely with our occupational therapist to execute tailored therapy plans for our diverse clientele.
Perform comprehensive client assessments to gauge their needs and monitor progress.
Aid clients in daily activities aimed at boosting their independence and overall well-being.
Diligently document all client progress and any notable changes in their condition, ensuring precise and timely reports.
Foster effective communication with the therapy team and clients' families to guarantee coordinated and comprehensive care.
Stay abreast of the latest occupational therapy practices and advancements, continuously seeking to enhance the quality of our services.
