This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Spain.

Responsibilities

→Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies
→Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers
→Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components – like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs – and able to articulate these models in human-readable terms
→Experience with AI tools

In Spain, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 82,988 - 99,586. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
