The Growth Acceleration Team within our Growth & Marketing division builds demos, prototypes, and pilot solutions on top of the Graphwise Platform. The team explores emerging AI capabilities, validates ideas through hands-on experimentation, and supports partner development initiatives.

About the role

You will build and maintain demos and prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The role calls for someone curious, self-motivated, and hands-on - someone who enjoys exploring the cutting edge of AI. In your daily work, you will work alongside a very experienced data engineer and you will report to a senior manager. Outside this setup, you will be encouraged to collaborate with other teams in the organization and to share knowledge. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business-oriented partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-focused demos, prototypes, and pilot projects
• Design and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Integrate and process data from APIs, enterprise systems, document repositories, and heterogeneous data sources
• Work on data modeling, transformation pipelines, orchestration, and retrieval
• Contribute to AI-oriented solutions involving LLMs, RAG techniques, and modern AI tooling
• Develop Python-based tooling, scripts, and supporting backend components when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas and business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Explore and adopt modern AI, data engineering, and orchestration technologies
  
  

Must-haves

• Strong software engineering and problem-solving fundamentals
• Еxperience in Data Engineering/AI Engineering, or related technical roles
• Professional experience with Python
• Experience building or maintaining backend systems, data pipelines, or integrations
• Experience working with APIs and heterogeneous data sources
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL/data processing workflows
• Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG techniques, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, or NLP workflows
• Experience with workflow automation tools
• Experience with Git/version control systems and collaborative engineering practices
• Strong communication skills in English
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn new technologies and domains
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with graph databases or connected data systems
• Familiarity with semantic technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, OWL, or SHACL
• Familiarity with orchestration and data processing technologies such as Airflow, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, or similar tools
• Experience with experimental AI systems, prototypes, or proof-of-concept development
• Experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical environments
• Exposure to GraphRAG implementations or retrieval-oriented architectures
