The Product Owner is accountable for defining and delivering solutions that drive real business and customer outcomes within a complex IT environment. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery—ensuring the team is always working on the right things and making measurable progress.
You will create clarity where there isn’t any, align stakeholders who don’t always agree, and drive delivery forward—consistently.
Requirements
~1 min readWe are looking for a candidate who is already based in, or willing to relocate to, the Greater Las Vegas Metropolitan Area or within a comfortable, reliable driving distance for a weekly commute. Because our client relies on regular, face-to-face collaboration once a week, candidates must have dependable transportation and be comfortable navigating a weekly commute to the Las Vegas Strip.

Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business outcomes

Partner with engineering to deliver incremental, high-quality value

Lead Agile ceremonies and enable team effectiveness

Drive decisions and manage tradeoffs across value, risk, and timelines

Build strong understanding of customer needs and business goals

Navigate a broad, complex stakeholder landscape across business and IT

Communicate priorities, progress, and risks with clarity and consistency

Coordinate across teams and dependencies to ensure end-to-end delivery
Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile environments
Proven ability to work in large, complex IT organizations
Acting as the primary product contact for day-to-day client questions and coordinating issue investigation with the engineering team
Ability to break down complex problems into actionable work
Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
A basic technical understanding of SQL, APIs, data, and system integrations
Being comfortable with hands-on UAT and problem investigation
Drive: You take ownership, push work forward, and create clarity without waiting
Curiosity (Understand the Why): You dig beyond requests to solve the real problem and challenge assumptions
Grit: You navigate ambiguity, constraints, and resistance—and see things through
Stakeholder Navigation: You manage stakeholders who disagree, drive alignment where possible, and move forward without perfect consensus
