Customize and configure Zoho modules including - but not limited to - CRM, Creator, Billing, Flow, and Projects

Develop advanced workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge script to address unique Telematics business processes
- →
Build and maintain robust integrations between Zoho applications and ERP via API’s
- →
Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring data integrity across all integrated systems
