About the Role

Build and maintain web applications using React.js and mobile applications using React Native with Expo.
Translate Figma UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces.
Implement responsive design principles and ensure cross-platform compatibility.

Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js/Express.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) to model, query, and optimize data storage.
Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across services.

Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and API integrations.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decision-making.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.
Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
Debug, optimize, and monitor performance of applications across the stack.

Requirements

3–5 years of Full Stack development experience.

Frontend: React.js, React Native with Expo, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Backend: Node.js (Express or similar frameworks), REST/GraphQL APIs
Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
Strong experience working with Figma to implement designs accurately.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative tools (Asana, Slack, code versioning workflows).
Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Context API).
Ability to work independently in a startup environment and take ownership of features end-to-end.
