Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) –Evenings

If you’re a Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys helping older adults feel comfortable, respected and supported, Oak Grove offers an opportunity to put those skills to work in a welcoming senior living community.

This position is ideal for a CNA who values teamwork, hands-on resident care and a workplace where compassion is part of the everyday experience.

Earn $19.46–$21.74 per hour, depending on experience, with additional shift and weekend differentials.

As part of the Oak Grove care team, you’ll play an important role in residents’ daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Providing hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities
• →Helping residents maintain comfort, dignity and independence
• →Paying attention to residents’ needs and communicating concerns to the appropriate team members
• →Supporting residents with patience, respect and compassion
• →Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers and other members of the community team

You’ll need:

• A current Indiana CNA certification
• A genuine interest in caring for older adults
• Dependability and a team-oriented approach
• The ability to treat residents with dignity, patience and respect

Previous senior care experience is helpful, but a caring attitude and commitment to residents are essential.

Choose the arrangement that best fits your availability:

• Part-time or full-time opportunities
• Evening shift
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• $2.00/hour shift and weekend differentials
