Night Shift Nurse – LPN RN

Hamilton Grove is looking for Indiana-licensed RNs and LPNs to join our overnight nursing team. • Role: Night Shift Nurse
• Available: Full-Time and Part-Time
• Hours: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Location: Hamilton Grove, New Carlisle, Indiana
• Shift: Overnight

Overnight nurses at Hamilton Grove help ensure residents receive consistent, attentive care throughout the night. You’ll be responsible for assessing resident needs, responding to changes in condition, and communicating important information to the appropriate members of the care team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide nursing care based on each resident’s individual needs and plan of care
• Monitor residents throughout the overnight shift and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team regarding resident status and care needs
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being
• Follow applicable regulations, nursing standards, and Hamilton Grove policies
• Work cooperatively with staff across different areas of the community

Hamilton Grove takes a community-wide approach to resident care. Assisted Living and Health Care are interconnected parts of the same community, and our nursing team works across both areas when resident needs require it.

Nursing staff may be oriented to and asked to provide support in Health Care and Assisted Living, helping ensure continuity of care across the community. This collaborative approach allows our team to respond more effectively to changing needs while strengthening relationships between departments.

• Current, active Indiana LPN or RN license
• Dependable and professional approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing resident needs
• Commitment to treating residents with dignity and compassion

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or senior living
• Background caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia
• Experience working across multiple levels of senior care
