Greenhouse is looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team! Our Project Managers lead Greenhouse implementations for Enterprise customers, owning complex projects with several workstreams from kickoff through go-live. You'll oversee the work of Implementation, Strategic, and Technical Consultants on solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development. You'll also decide project scope, timelines, and delivery approach, so every customer sees value fast and the project lands on time and on budget. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple workstreams, often running several projects at once
- →Oversee the work of project team members across software implementation, solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development to keep delivery on track
- →Use independent judgment to set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology for each engagement
- →Build and maintain project charters, project plans, RACIs, and risk, issue, and dependency trackers
- →Manage scope and change requests against SOWs, keeping projects on time and on or under budget
- →Track customer sentiment throughout the engagement and raise risks early to protect satisfaction and NPS
- →Collaborate with Greenhouse Success teams for smooth handoffs and long-term customer adoption
- →Help refine Professional Services project management tools, templates, and processes as the team grows
- →Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
- 3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience
- Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations
- Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers
- A track record of strong customer sentiment and high NPS, with projects delivered on time and on or under budget
- Working knowledge of project management principles and tools: project plans, risk management, SOWs, scope and change management, resource management, dependency planning, project charters, and RACI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including leading customer-facing meetings with stakeholders at every level
- Ability to work CST or EST business hours, with flexibility to support EMEA customers as needed
- PMP or another project management certification, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $95,800 - $125,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
