We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our India-based product management team responsible for foundational platform capabilities that power our financial services ecosystem. This is a highly strategic and technical leadership role that sits at the center of our architecture, enabling scale, compliance, and innovation across multiple products serving the U.S. consumer market. You will own and evolve a portfolio of mission-critical platforms that are reused across multiple product lines and directly impact customer experience, regulatory adherence, moneitzation, and operational efficiency.

 

This role requires a strong technical product leader with deep platform experience, excellent systems thinking, and demonstrated success leading high-performing teams. In addition to directly managing a small team of product managers, you will also serve as the most senior product leader for the India site, helping elevate product craft, operating rigor, and cross-functional alignment.
