Business Intelligence Specialist (data-oriented)

Greenpeace Belgium is looking for a full-time data-oriented Business Intelligence Specialist, who dreams of working for a better environment. Please note that the position is Brussels-based.

• Team up with our CRM Administrator and Database Officer for projects related to our Salesforce CRM and datawarehouse.

• Bring value to audience segmentation and selection for marketing campaigns (direct mailing, telemarketing and online campaigns).

• Support our directors with the definition of fundraising strategies, scenario-driven forecasting and annual planning with data-based insights.

• Define, set up, monitor and analyse the organisation’s Key Performance Indicators through efficient dashboarding, analysis and reporting in the right format for the different internal audiences (project coordinators, directors and board).

• Deliver quality reporting and analysis to colleagues from different teams.
