We are looking for a Junior IT Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer who will not only take care of day-to-day infrastructure operations but is also genuinely enthusiastic about learning, growing, and deepening their programming skills.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Full inventory support for hardware and software (including managing suppliers, warranty, assets, MDM management, onboarding, offboarding);
- →Provide first- and second-line support to the team, both on-site and remotely;
- →Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions (joiners, movers and leavers);
- →Maintain and monitor office networks: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi and VPN;
- →Apply security basics in practice: MFA, patching and updates, endpoint protection, least-privilege access, backups;
- →Set up and follow monitoring and alerting, and respond to incidents;
- →Improve existing IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, provisioning and reporting;
- →Spot repetitive manual work and automate it with scripts and tools.
- →Salary of €1,700–2,800 gross per month, depending on experience;
- →Annual performance bonus;

- →A clear growth path from IT administration towards automation and software development;
- →Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 remote;
- →Based in Kaunas, with one day a week at our Vilnius office (travel covered).
- 1+ year of hands-on IT administration or support experience;
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / InTune administration;
- An understanding of what a secure, well-run mid-sized office looks like: devices, network, accounts and access;
- Experience with managing Wi-Fi and firewall (Ubiquiti (UniFi) is a plus);
- Awareness of security frameworks or standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, CIS);
- Experience with Windows and/or macOS administration;
- Interest in programming and automation. Python is ideal, and TypeScript is welcome too. You don't need to be a developer yet, but you shouldn't be afraid of code;
- An open, curious attitude towards AI and a willingness to use it in daily work;
- Good English, spoken and written;
- An analytical, rational approach to problem-solving;
- Scripting with PowerShell or Bash; basic Git (nice to have).
