The Student Success team sits at the heart of that mission, delivering campaigns, content, partnerships and events that inspire students and strengthen access to opportunity.

About the Role

The Events & Marketing Manager leads the operational delivery of gradireland’s Irish events portfolio and associated integrated marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Student Success, Ireland the role is responsible for executing the Irish engagement and events strategy through high-quality delivery, strong cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking.

Key Metrics

Measure attendee, employer, and educator feedback through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and satisfaction surveys.
All events are delivered within the allocated budget to ensure profitability.
All events are delivered to an excellent operational standard against process playbooks.
Student registrations targets met for each relevant event.
