The Opportunity

At Groworx, we’re transforming global healthcare mobility – connecting skilled nurses, care workers, and healthcare professionals with leading providers across Australia, Singapore, and beyond. We manage the full journey from recruitment and training through to international deployment, compliance, and ongoing support.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Campaign Manager to be the driving force behind our campaigns across both B2C candidate acquisition and B2B corporate client marketing. This is a high-impact, all-rounder position where you own campaign strategy, execution, and performance – working with internal creative teams and external agencies, deploying AI as a core working method, and potentially travelling to Australia to manage corporate events in person.

This role sits at the forefront of a shift in how marketing teams operate. As AI reshapes the discipline, we’re building a lean, high-output marketing function where one exceptional person – armed with the right tools and mindset – delivers what used to require a team of five. If you’re already using AI to multiply your output and you want to be at the cutting edge of that transformation, this is your role.

Why This Role Matters

Behind every campaign you run is a nurse or care worker who finds their career opportunity, and a healthcare provider who gets the talent they critically need. Your campaigns directly impact how many qualified professionals we connect with employers, and how many organisations get staffed. It’s not just marketing – it’s enabling life-changing career moves and supporting world-class healthcare delivery globally.

Key Responsibilities

B2C Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Create and own campaign strategy for student and worker recruitment programs across multiple geographies – define target audiences, messaging, channel mix, and KPIs
  • Manage all campaign elements end-to-end: strategy development, paid media planning (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok), content creation, execution, A/B testing, and performance review
  • Run social media campaigns across relevant platforms – build content calendars, manage posting cadence, drive community engagement, and monitor performance metrics
  • Brief the internal graphics and video team to create compelling visual and video content that supports campaign objectives and brand consistency
  • Manage the external marketing agency for B2C paid media: set briefs, approve creative, monitor spend, review performance reports, and hold them accountable for ROI
  • Plan, create, and optimise email marketing campaigns for candidate nurture, engagement, and conversion – including automated sequences and triggered workflows
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to draft ad copy variations, generate content ideas, build audience personas, analyse campaign data, and accelerate creative production

B2B Marketing, Events & Lead Generation

  • Research, plan, and manage corporate events and conferences in Australia – from venue selection and speaker coordination to on-the-ground logistics. This may involve travel to Australia to manage events in person and build direct relationships with enterprise clients
  • Create and execute B2B paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, industry publications) targeting healthcare decision-makers – define targeting, manage budgets, and optimise for lead quality
  • Develop and execute a B2B social media strategy focused on LinkedIn – build thought leadership content, grow follower base, and drive engagement with corporate stakeholders
  • Create blog content, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership pieces that position Groworx as a credible partner in healthcare workforce solutions – using AI to accelerate research, drafting, and editing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align B2B marketing initiatives with pipeline development, lead scoring, and client acquisition targets
  • Build and manage a B2B content calendar that supports both brand awareness and lead generation objectives across all corporate channels

AI-Powered Marketing Operations

This is not a “nice to have” – AI proficiency is central to how we expect this role to operate.

  • Use Claude and other AI tools daily to produce marketing deliverables at scale: ad copy, blog posts, social content, campaign briefs, performance summaries, competitor analysis, and creative concepts
  • Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for content production, campaign reporting, audience research, and competitive intelligence
  • Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI marketing tools and techniques – prompt engineering, AI image generation, automated reporting, and AI-assisted analytics
  • Champion AI adoption across the marketing function, sharing best practices and training team members on effective usage
  • Document AI workflows and templates so the marketing function can scale efficiently as the company grows

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies – write clear briefs, set expectations, review deliverables, provide feedback, and track performance against KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal graphics, video, and content teams to deliver campaign assets on time, on brand, and on budget
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports to leadership with data-driven insights, spend tracking, and actionable recommendations for optimisation
  • Manage marketing budgets across B2B and B2C channels, track ROI, and reallocate spend based on performance data

Typical Monthly Deliverables

To give you a sense of the scope and output expected, here’s what a typical month looks like in this role:

  • 4–8 paid media campaigns running concurrently across B2B and B2C channels (setup, monitoring, optimisation)
  • 10–20 social media posts (mix of B2B LinkedIn thought leadership and B2C recruitment content)
  • 2–4 blog posts or thought leadership articles (AI-drafted and human-refined)
  • 1–2 email campaign sequences (candidate nurture, event promotion, or B2B outreach)
  • Weekly campaign performance dashboards with insights and recommendations
  • Monthly agency review meetings with performance scorecards
  • Event planning deliverables as needed (1–2 major events per quarter)
  • Ongoing AI workflow documentation and template creation

Who You Are

Experience & Background

  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience spanning campaign management, digital marketing, content creation, and performance analytics – ideally across both B2B and B2C channels
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns: strategy development, creative briefing, execution, performance analysis, and optimisation
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-growth company where you wore multiple hats, worked across disciplines, and weren’t confined to a single narrow channel
  • Demonstrated experience managing external marketing agencies – briefing campaigns, reviewing deliverables, and holding partners accountable for results
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar) and marketing automation workflows
  • Already actively using AI in your marketing work – Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar. This isn’t theoretical interest; it’s how you work today
  • Background in healthcare, recruitment, education, or professional services is a strong advantage but not required

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional organisational skills – you can juggle multiple campaigns across B2B and B2C channels simultaneously without dropping balls or missing deadlines
  • Strong creative instinct paired with data-driven thinking – you know how to craft a compelling message AND how to measure whether it worked
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English – you write sharp copy, create clear briefs, and present campaign results with confidence
  • Comfortable managing both up (reporting to leadership) and across (coordinating with creative teams, agencies, and sales)
  • Strong attention to detail – campaign budgets, ad copy, event logistics, deadlines – nothing slips through
  • Self-motivated learner who stays current with marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging AI capabilities

Mindset

  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy. You don’t wait to be told what to do – you identify opportunities, make decisions, and act. You’re motivated by impact, not instructions
  • Resilient and iterative. When a campaign doesn’t hit targets, you diagnose what went wrong, adjust, and try again. Setbacks are data, not defeat
  • Hungry to build. You’re not looking for a comfortable role in a large bureaucracy – you want to shape how marketing operates in a high-growth company and own real outcomes
  • Takes ownership of results. When targets are missed, you don’t make excuses – you own the outcome and drive improvement
  • AI-native thinker. You see AI as a force multiplier, not a threat. You’re excited about being at the forefront of how marketing roles are evolving and you want to help define what the AI-powered marketer looks like

What We Offer

  • Purpose-driven work – your campaigns directly enable life-changing career opportunities for healthcare workers and staff critical healthcare facilities worldwide
  • AI-forward workplace – experiment with cutting-edge tools, build new workflows, and be at the forefront of how AI is transforming marketing. Access to Claude, ChatGPT, and a modern marketing tech stack
  • International travel opportunity – travel to Australia to manage corporate events in person and build direct relationships with enterprise clients
  • Direct leadership exposure – report directly to senior leadership, influence marketing strategy, and shape business direction
  • Build the function – you’re not inheriting a mature playbook; you’re building one. Shape how marketing operates as the company scales
  • Competitive compensation – package reflecting your experience and impact, with hybrid working arrangement based in the Philippines
