Market Activator (IC/FC)

The General Soft Drinks Co Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Market Activator (IC/FC) to join their team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the market, activating new outlets, promoting company products, and maximizing profitability through effective management and execution of existing and new outlets within the assigned territory.

• →Ensure merchandising standards are maintained and stock is properly managed.
• →Maintain accurate product placement, rotation, and display expansion in customer outlets.
• →Support promotional activities and channel strategies across customer accounts.
• →Identify and communicate business opportunities to the Activation Manager.
• →Visit outlets regularly according to the assigned call schedule.
• →Execute outlet activations as directed to maximize sales and marketing impact.
• →Build strong business relationships with customers.
• →Collect market information and report competitor activities and trends.
• →Manage asset placement and promotions in line with company standards and ROI objectives.
• →Actively contribute to the Activation team and support achievement of company goals.
• →Resolve customer complaints and product or service issues promptly and professionally.
• →Collect outlet stock data when requested by the Activation Coordinator.
• →Support the Sales team in coordinating and monitoring OBPPC and Must Stock Lists.

• Licence B. 
• Fluency in English and Maltese.
• Applicants must be in possession of own vehicle.

• Computer Literate. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
