As a Commercial HVAC Project Manager, you'll manage projects from planning through closeout, including:

Project budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and performance
Coordination between Sales, Production, fabrication, field teams, and customers
Review of drawings, specifications, field measurements, and project requirements
Submittals, project documentation, and closeout
Long-range scheduling and coordination of field resources
Project quality and installation accuracy
Customer communication and expectations
Project progress, KPIs, and reporting
Contract and scope compliance

3+ years of commercial HVAC, mechanical construction, or related project management experience
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC construction and installation
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
Experience managing schedules, budgets, field coordination, and project documentation
Comfortable working with project management and scheduling software
Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams
Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Technical education or an associate degree in construction, HVAC, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant hands-on industry experience is equally valuable.
