Location: Cerritos, CA

Position Summary

Golden Star Technology (GST, Inc.) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Representative to support our order fulfillment and customer service operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in order management, customer service, sales support, procurement, or operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently with suppliers and distributors
• Review orders for pricing, terms, delivery requirements, and compliance
• Manage open orders, backlog reports, and customer portal activities
• Monitor order status and provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams
• Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and resolve order-related issues
• Support customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules
• Assist sales teams with RFQs, quote requests, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal departments to ensure successful order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records within ERP, CRM, and order management systems
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, operations, procurement, or related roles
• Experience with order fulfillment, vendor management, distributors, purchasing, or supply chain processes preferred
• Experience preparing quotes, RFQs, pricing requests, or managing high-volume transactions is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
