Position Overview:

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing strategy and execution across brand management, demand generation, digital marketing, content development, partner marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in increasing brand visibility, driving qualified lead generation, and supporting revenue growth.

Partnering closely with executive leadership, sales teams, technology partners, and vendors, the Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing programs, events, and campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and enhance GST's market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer with proven experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, partner-funded programs, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and strengthen GST's brand presence across digital, print, social media, web, and customer-facing channels.
  • Lead partner marketing initiatives and maximize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) through co-branded campaigns, events, and strategic alliances.
  • Plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows, and partner engagement programs.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, website content, social media, and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Create and oversee high-impact marketing content, including case studies, customer success stories, blogs, presentations, thought leadership pieces, and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to support pipeline development, lead generation, campaign execution, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, lead conversion, event ROI, and marketing KPIs to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and MDF reporting while ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, brand consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities and best practices.
  • Perform other marketing and business development responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience in the technology, IT, professional services, or related industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and executing customer-facing and partner-focused events, including executive briefings, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with leadership, sales teams, partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to relationship building.
