Guiding motorized heavy machinery to enable precise material removal and placement Loading and unloading heavy machinery with boulders, trash, and other things Maintaining strict adherence to the set safety standards. Offering advice on how to streamline processes and increase productivity. Requirements Equivalent to a high school diploma. Prior knowledge of using various heavy equipment Lifting capacity of up to 50 pounds. Excellent eyesight or the wearing of lenses as prescribed. Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. A thorough awareness of the relevant safety regulations. Ability to provide and receive instructions. Strong decision-making abilities, especially under duress. Ability to work more hours as needed.
