Employees should be supervised and given tasks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering is preferred. Prior experience in management or manufacturing is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational abilities Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage members of cross-functional teams. Manufacturing technical competencies (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM) Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other industry software.
