Case Manager

Guardian Tax is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Case Manager who brings professionalism, empathy, and strong communication to every client interaction. • → Manage a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion
• → Provide consistent communication, updates, and high-quality client support
• → Partner with enrolled agents and compliance teams to move cases forward
• → Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• → Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining client satisfaction

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in case management required
• Strong communicators with a client-focused approach
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable learning and using new systems
• Positive, coachable, and team-oriented

• Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
