By utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, attending campus events, and expanding our brand presence, we attract and hire top talent from all over the world. The team consists of 35+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 9 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Recruiter to manage and drive end-to-end hiring for our Tokyo office. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for our Japan hirings across different departments, including sourcing, direct candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process
- Implement data-driven recruitment practices and track key metrics (time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, in-house or agency
- Native fluency in Japanese
- Business level proficiency in English
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
