HK$36,465 to HK$58,922 (HGPS PT 14 - 24) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic imaging services in general radiography independently and assist Radiographer I and/or Radiologist in the delivery of special modality services.

Entry Requirements

1.     A degree in Radiography from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent^N1; and

2.     Be a registered Part I or Part II Radiographer (Diagnostic) and have a valid Practising Certificate under the Allied Health Professions Ordinance^N2.

Registration and Employment Visa

The HA will arrange selection interviews with shortlisted candidates and will support applications of suitable candidates to Radiographer Board for Professional Registration under section 12(1)(b) of the AHPO.

The HA will also assist successfully registered candidates who are non-Hong Kong residents in obtaining employment visas from the Hong Kong Immigration Department prior to commencement of work.

Appointed candidates pending for Registration in Part II Radiographer (Diagnostic) under Radiographers Board, Hong Kong, would be offered a temporary part-time appointment as Temporary Undergraduate Diagnostic Radiography Students (TUDR) with an hourly rate of HK$128. Once the registration and practising certificate are obtained, the contract would be converted from TUDR to contract full-time Resident Diagnostic Radiographer.

2.     Applicants who are expected to be a registered Part II Radiographer (Diagnostic) and have a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board, Hong Kong, on or before 31 March 2027 may also apply.

3.     Post-graduate applicants will be required to upload (1) final year transcript / school examination results of your professional studies, (2) all clinical placement results, (3) Certificate of Registration / Membership of your current registration status with the jurisdiction in which your qualification was conferred, and (4) documentary proof of your post-graduate clinical experience in the "Attachment Upload" page when making online application. Application will only be processed with relevant supporting documents.

4.     For graduates whose final year transcripts are not available, please attach school examination results of all school years currently available for reference.

5.     Selected applicants will be subject to central posting.

6.     Salaries tax in Hong Kong is currently charged at progressive rates of up to 17%, or standard rate of 15%, whichever is lower.
