What You'll Do

Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to each guest's individual needs.
Provide customized facial treatments and skincare services using professional products and protocols.
Educate guests on treatment plans, homecare recommendations, and wellness benefits.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and guest retention.
Promote spa services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Ensure treatment rooms and work areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to create an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Active Massage Therapy License in the state of Florida.
Active Esthetics (Facial Specialist) License in the state of Florida.
Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and product recommendations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Passion for helping clients achieve their wellness and skincare goals.
Desire to build and grow a successful book of business.
