Licensed Esthetician

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring experienced, motivated Licensed Estheticians for our Weston/Davieand Sunrise-Sawgrass locations.

Estimated annual earning potential: $55,000–$75,000+

Our top estheticians do more than perform an excellent facial. They provide strong consultations, recommend appropriate treatments and products, prebook clients, and build repeat business through exceptional service.

Actual earnings vary based on schedule, bookings, services performed, upgrades, retail sales, tips, prebooking, and client retention.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional, results-driven facial treatments
• Conduct detailed skin consultations
• Recommend services, enhancements, and treatment plans
• Create personalized home-care routines
• Recommend professional skincare products based on client needs
• Educate clients about long-term skincare goals
• Encourage every client to prebook their next appointment
• Build repeat business through excellent service, follow-up, and referrals
• Maintain accurate client notes and service records
• Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, stocked, and professional
• Work closely with the front desk and spa team

Preferred Experience

Experience with the following is strongly preferred:

• Customized facials
• DiamondGlow
• Dermaplaning
• LED light therapy
• Chemical exfoliation
• Advanced facial enhancements
• Professional skincare and retail sales

Training may be provided on approved Hand & Stone products, services, and protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Esthetician license
• Minimum of two years of hands-on facial experience
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• Confident recommending treatments, upgrades, and skincare products
• Comfortable working toward service, retail, prebooking, and retention goals
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow a loyal clientele
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be available to work:

• Evenings
• Weekends
• Peak spa hours
• Some holidays as needed

Schedules are based on guest demand and business needs. Reliable attendance and agreed availability are required.
