We're excited to announce that a brand-new Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is opening soon in Wesley Chapel/Weddington! We're looking for exceptional Licensed Massage Therapists to join our founding team and help us build something special from the ground up. This isn't just another massage therapist position. What You'll Do:

Exceptional Client Care & Massage Therapy

Deliver high-quality, customized massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs and wellness goals.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized care, professionalism, and consistent service.
Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate services and enhancements.
Create an exceptional experience that keeps clients coming back.

Professionalism & Teamwork

Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
Follow professional standards, safety protocols, and applicable licensing requirements.
Collaborate with fellow therapists, estheticians, and front-desk associates to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Contribute to a positive team culture built around accountability, teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional service.

Professional Growth & Development

Who We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to build a rewarding career, not simply fill an appointment schedule.

Active North Carolina Massage and Bodywork Therapist license (LMBT).
Ability to maintain professional massage therapy liability insurance.
Genuine passion for massage therapy, wellness, and exceptional client care.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality services and continued professional growth.

Competitive Compensation & Founding Team Incentives

Uncapped Earning Potential — $40–$55+ per booked service hour, including estimated gratuities and enhancement commissions, with opportunities to earn more as you grow your clientele.
$500 Founding Team Bonus after completing 90 days of employment, subject to eligibility requirements.
$250 Massage Therapist Referral Bonus when a qualified referred therapist completes 90 days of employment.
Up to $150 annually toward professional license renewal or liability insurance, subject to reimbursement requirements.
