Responsibilities

- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and finance, to achieve business goals.
- →Leverage industry knowledge to design and enhance solutions tailored for clients in the automotive sector, including dealerships, fleet operators, and finance companies.
- →Stay updated on trends in auto purchase and auto finance to align operational practices with market needs.
- →Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- →Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across all operational functions.
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- →Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- →Manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
- →Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement processes to align with company objectives.
- →Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- →Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly those related to telematics, GPS technology, and automotive financing.
Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on telematics, GPS, or related technology industries.
- Proven expertise in the automotive sector, particularly in auto purchase and auto finance operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant software systems, including ERP, CRM, and telematics platforms.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to telematics, GPS technology, and automotive finance.
