Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Provide medication reminders as needed
Support mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
Deliver compassionate, consistent care as a professional Caregiver

Caregiver Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training)
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Dependable, honest, and caring personality
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Commitment to excellence as a professional Caregiver
