What We Offer
- Starting pay of $15.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling—you choose when you work and the areas you want to serve
- Work as few or as many hours as you’d like, up to 40 hours per week
- Earn 3 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 1,000 hours worked

What We’re Looking For
- No previous caregiving experience or certifications are required—we provide initial and ongoing training to help you succeed
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
What You’ll Do
As a Right at Home caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs. Responsibilities may include:

- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Offering medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with basic nutrition
- Performing light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying
- Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Following each client’s individualized care plan
- Observing and documenting changes in clients’ conditions and communicating concerns to the nursing team
- Maintaining open communication with clients, family members, supervisors, and fellow caregivers
- Accurately completing timesheets and documenting services provided
