Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at home
Work one-on-one in clients’ homes with flexible shifts based on availability

Caregiver Requirements:

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we will train the right Caregiver
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care
A passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships as a Caregiver
