What You'll Do

As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care that helps clients live safely and independently at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

Personal Care

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Helping with toileting and incontinence care
Assisting with ambulation and safe transfers
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with eating and meal preparation

Household Support

Light housekeeping
Laundry and changing bed linens
Washing dishes
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Cleaning bathrooms

Client-Specific Care

Medication reminders
Assisting with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
Preparing special diets as instructed
Providing compassionate dementia care
Following individualized care plans developed by our nursing team

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference.

Preferred qualifications include:

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide (home care or healthcare setting preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
Passion for helping others and providing exceptional care
