Your Role as a Caregiver May Include:

Providing compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
Preparing meals, snacks, and assisting with nutrition needs
Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Transportation assistance for appointments, errands, and activities
Following individualized care plans based on each client’s needs
Working closely with our office team and client families to provide quality care and timely updates
Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client you serve

We’re Looking for Caregivers Who:

Are currently certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Hold a valid Driver’s License
Have active Auto Insurance and a clean driving record
Have access to a smartphone and active email account
Understand the importance of professionalism, ethics, and maintaining client confidentiality
Are compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
Are responsive and able to provide timely communication regarding schedules, availability, and work-related updates
Understand the importance of staying engaged and responsive throughout the hiring and onboarding process
Are willing to complete all required employment documents and onboarding requirements promptly
