  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor clients' health status.
  • Help with meal preparation and dietary needs according to care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
