About the Role

Join our dedicated team at Senior Care At Home Edmond as a Caregiver. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors in our community.

A day in the life

You will provide personalized, non-medical support tailored to daily needs. Key responsibilities include:

Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Meal Prep: Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding if needed
Medication Reminders: Ensuring medications are taken on time
Light Housekeeping: Keeping the living space clean, tidy, and sanitized
Companionship: Engaging in meaningful conversation, playing games, and providing emotional support
Cognitive Support: Cues and reminders, and safety support for people with dementia
Transportation: Driving to local appointments or running errands
Work weekend days: is a plus

What We Are Looking For

Experience: [1-3+] years of professional caregiving experience (CNA or HHA certification is a plus, but not required).
Requirements: Clean background check, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and minimum of 2 professional references.
Attributes: Patient, trustworthy, punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
