The Skills We're Looking For

Our higher-care clients may need assistance with:

• Safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Gait belts, wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility equipment
• Bedbound and limited-mobility care
• Bathing, toileting, grooming, and complete personal care
• Range-of-motion and prescribed exercise routines
• Fall prevention and home safety
• Nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Recognizing and reporting changes in condition
• Accurate care documentation
• Communication with families and the care team
• Maintaining dignity and independence during hands-on care

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in caregivers who:

• Hold a current CNA/NAC or HCA credential
• Have strong hands-on caregiving experience
• Are comfortable working with clients who have higher levels of care
• Know how to work independently and make good decisions within the plan of care
• Notice changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Are confident with transfers and mobility assistance
• Take documentation seriously
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and coworkers
• Are dependable and punctual
• Want consistency and long-term client relationships
• Take genuine pride in being excellent at what they do
