Missions du poste :

• Gestion communication de l'entrepôt (email, téléphone) avec le service client et avec les fournisseurs réguliers du transport 

• Gestion documentaire de l'entrepôt : impression des pickings, des BLs, saisie des étiquettes transport, édition des bordereaux, archivage des documents 

• Suivi des demandes ponctuelles du service client : inventaire, photos, instructions aux quais 

• Réception des chauffeurs, instructions aux quais, gestion documentaires des BL en réception et en départ 

• Reporting interne (fichier de suivi des commandes du jour, statistiques journalières)

Profil recherché :

• Formation Niveau Bac + 2
• Anglais intermédiaire 
• MS Office
• Outils bureautiques
• Bonne expression écrite et orale
• Relations avec la clientèle
• Organisation, gestion des priorités
• Rigueur, méthode / Sens du travail en équipe / Communication

Autres informations :

CDI 35 heures

Du lundi au vendredi de 9h-17h avec une heure de pause
