Senior Growth Marketing Manager
Quick Summary
Join a team that’s transforming mental healthcare. Founded by psychiatrists, Headlight is more than a company: it’s a movement. A movement that exists on the front lines of the mental health crisis,
We’re hiring our first dedicated Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own client acquisition across paid, directory, and organic channels. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role responsible for driving efficient growth and optimizing CAC.
You’ll own both acquisition channel strategy and execution—identifying the highest-impact opportunities, prioritizing across channels, and rolling up your sleeves to implement and optimize campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we invest in and scale growth, bringing structure and clarity to an evolving set of opportunities.
You will partner closely with internal teams (analytics, product, creative) and external agencies to ensure our acquisition efforts are aligned, measurable, and continuously improving. This role requires strong judgment, a bias toward action, and the ability to balance short-term performance with longer-term growth.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to have a direct impact on how patients discover and access care.
-
Help shape all-up paid media strategy by identifying opportunities to expand into additional channels (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube), allocating budget effectively, and continuously testing and scaling what works.
-
Own tracking, reporting, and ongoing optimization of CAC across acquisition channels.
-
Turn performance data into actionable insights—guiding decisions on where to invest, scale, or pull back, and helping ensure overall acquisition strategy is both efficient and sustainable.
-
Serve as the single-threaded owner of website traffic insights and performance.
-
Leverage Google Analytics to monitor channel performance and user behavior. Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce drop-off across digital intake flow. Help prioritize and drive improvements in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Execute website content updates and influence website mapping decisions.
-
Serve as the internal SME of SEO performance, partnering closely with external SEO/GEO agency to guide priorities and evaluate impact.
-
Ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader acquisition goals and translate performance into meaningful business outcomes including traffic growth, lead generation, and CAC contribution.
-
Own and evolve our presence across key directories and local discovery platforms such as Psychology Today and Google Business Profile.
-
Improve directory visibility, conversion, and ROI, and build a scalable approach to managing and expanding channel performance.
-
7–9 years of experience in growth, performance, and/or digital marketing roles. Preferrably in behavioral health or healthcare.
-
5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta required; Google Ads a plus)
-
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
-
Proven ownership of acquisition channels and measurable outcomes (not just execution)
-
Experience working with SEO teams or agencies, with the ability to guide strategy and evaluate performance
-
Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data, attribution, and performance reporting
-
Ability to prioritize across competing opportunities and make sound tradeoff decisions
-
Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
-
Experience evaluating, testing, and scaling new acquisition channels
-
Collaborative and effective at working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
-
Competitive compensation package
-
Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
-
Opportunity to join a purpose-driven, high-growth leadership team at a pivotal moment in behavioral healthcare transformation
-
Professional development opportunities and training
-
Collaborative and supportive work culture.
