To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university
Marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results
Bilingual (English-Portuguese),
Strong communication, analytical and Marketing skills
Strategic pricing understanding
Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments
Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing other.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience in marketing, and product management/or development working in a health care or medical device environment

Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

· Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require to be in Campinas office once a week )
