Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician for a full time Pain Management Physician opening in Central Florida. This opportunity is located in the Winter Haven area and offers a highly attractive compensation structure, immediate patient volume, and a turnkey platform for physicians seeking a strong Interventional Pain job in Florida. This Interventional Pain Management opportunity is ideal for a physician who wants a very procedure heavy practice. The group is 100% interventional in focus, with the physician’s primary role centered on procedures rather than extra medication management. The incoming physician will step into an established panel and be busy from day one. Responsibilities • Provide outpatient Interventional Pain Management care in a high volume setting • Perform a broad range of interventional pain procedures • Join an established practice with an established patient panel • Be productive from day one in a turnkey practice • Focus primarily on procedures in a very interventional group • Work with APRN support that assists with medication management • Manage limited medication related care, primarily tied to post procedural follow up • Perform Skilled Nursing Facility rounding within the same group as needed Requirements • MD or DO • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management preferred • Active Florida medical license or eligibility for Florida licensure • Strong procedural experience in Interventional Pain • Comfortable in a fast paced outpatient procedural environment • Strong communication and patient care skills Benefits • $450,000 first year base salary • Beginning in year two, compensation moves to 40% of collections • After year one, physician also earns 40% on APRN collections • Established patient panel • Busy from day one • Turnkey practice model • Strong long term upside • Procedure focused practice environment
