Position: OBGYN Physician Location: Kingsbury, Indiana Starting Salary: Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and a full productivity bonus plan Call Schedule: Full-time, with shared call responsibilities Overview: Healthcare United is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY Physician to join a respected healthcare system near Kingsbury, Indiana. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Position Highlights: Clinic Schedule: 30 patient contact hours per week, Monday through Friday. Call Rotation: Weekday, weekend, and holiday call on a 1:4 schedule. Collaboration: Work alongside and supervise midwives as needed. Patient Volume: Outpatient: Average of 15+ patients per day. Inpatient: Average of 2-3 patients per day. Deliveries: Approximately 4-7 per month. Facility: On-site ultrasound for patient convenience and comprehensive care. Requirements Completion of US Residency Program. Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Active or Pending Indiana State License. Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Patient care-focused with a strong work ethic. Benefits Compensation: Competitive income guarantee with additional bonus incentives.
