We are seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our physician-led team in Morristown, NJ. Responsibilities
- Perform PM&R consultations and follow-up care in post-acute rehab settings
- Round on patients regularly and monitor functional progress
- Collaborate with rehab teams, physicians, facility leadership, and families
- Attend interdisciplinary rehab meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and billing
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships within facilities
- Work closely with Physician Assistants, PCPs, Orthopedists, and other providers
- BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Active New Jersey Medical License
- Active DEA and CDS
- $300,000+ salary with bonus potential (Performance-based)
