We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, patient-focused team in San Francisco. Whether you're an experienced PT or a new graduate looking for strong mentorship, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- $100,000–$120,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
- No double-booking- Up to 60 minutes for evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments
- Dedicated administrative time built into your day
- Skilled PT Aides to support exercise and patient care

- New grads encouraged to apply with structured weekly mentorship for the first 7–8 months

- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, function, and pain
- Educate patients on their condition, recovery, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with PT Aides and fellow clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- California PT license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Passion for learning, collaboration, and helping patients return to the activities they love
