Three Days/Week: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Two Days/Week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No weekends or on-call

What We Offer

✓Base Salary: $115,000 – $150,000+ annually (depending on experience)

✓Incentive Bonus: $30,000 – $60,000 annually (RVU-based)

Responsibilities

→Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functions
→Lead, mentor, and support both clinical and administrative team members
→Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while providing top-quality patient care
→Ensure compliance with documentation standards, EMR accuracy, and quality benchmarks
→Implement process improvements and quality initiatives aligned with clinic objectives
→Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies
→Promote a collaborative, patient-centered clinic culture
→Support professional development through mentorship and continuing education

Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona (or eligibility prior to start date)
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
Dedication to evidence-based, patient-centered care
