• →Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• →Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventions
• →Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• →Manage a daily caseload averaging 13 patients
• →Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans and home programs
• →Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• →Accurately complete all EMR documentation
• →Collaborate with referring providers and participate in case reviews
• →Maintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure requirements and CEUs

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
