Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the creative development of social-first video concepts that align with client goals and brand objectives
- →Own end-to-end creative execution from ideation through final delivery across social and on-site platforms
- →Develop narratives, scripts, and creative treatments that balance advertiser needs with editorial storytelling
- →Define visual style and storytelling direction through mood boards, references, and creative frameworks
- →Direct on-set productions, guiding talent, creators, and crew while incorporating real-time creative feedback
- →Collaborate with influencers, creators, and editorial talent to produce engaging and platform-native content
- →Partner closely with producers to scope productions, assess feasibility, and ensure smooth execution
- →Oversee post-production workflows to ensure final content is polished, engaging, and optimized for audience performance
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong creative storytelling instincts with the ability to translate brand goals into compelling content
- Experience directing shoots involving talent, influencers, creators, and production crews
- Skilled at developing scripts, treatments, and visual concepts for short-form and social-first formats
- Strong understanding of social platforms, emerging content trends, and creator-led storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced creative environment
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Comfortable providing creative direction and feedback throughout production and post-production
- This role is based in New York City and requires in-office attendance 4 days per week
The hourly rate for this role is $71/hr. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
